At de Buyer, we stand by the professional quality of our cookware and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused cookware in its original branded packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
